Honda Tsushin Kogyo Co., Ltd. and its group companies ("the Company") recognizes the importance of protecting customer information, personal information and other information, including property-like information, and declares that it will appropriately manage and protect information assets.
To maintain and improve information security, the Company shall appoint a person responsible for information management, and work to ensure appropriate management by establishing and implementing the necessary regulations.
To ensure information security, the Company shall clarify details for handling information according to risks, and manage them appropriately.
The Company shall endeavor to provide products and services that can be used with peace of mind, with care and consideration for customer information security.
The Company shall provide education on information security to all officers and employees, and seek to raise awareness and thoroughly enforce regulations relating to information security.
The Company shall take appropriate security measures and measures to prevent the loss, destruction, falsification, leakage of and/ or unauthorized access, etc., to information assets due to unauthorized access or attacks from the outside. The Company shall also check the status of information security management with subcontractors, and ensure that information security measures are implemented at the same level as the Company.
The Company shall comply with related laws, regulations and other norms, and strive to continuously improve and enhance information security in line with environmental changes.
