■ Overview

HDR/HDRA Series products have all the features you’d expect of interface connectors. They have a compact size ideal for carrying out work, are equipped with a solid lock mechanism, feature EMI countermeasures using a double-sided metal shell construction, and are capable of high-speed transmission. The HDR/HDRA Series comes in eight types with different pin count, and it is possible to select from DIP/SMT and spring lock/screw lock depending on how the connectors are used.



1. Low-profile, compact design.

Compared with D-Sub 25-pin connectors, HTK’s HDR 26-pin connectors are able to reduce panel installation area by approximately 80% and board installation area by approximately 60%.
This contributes to smaller housing size and high-density mounting on boards.


2. Compatible with high-speed transmission.

The HDR/HDRA Series is also compatible with high-speed serial transfer such as HDMI 1.4, USB 3.0, and LVDS.* Cables, etc. differ depending on the environment in which they are used at customer sites. Please do not hesitate to contact us for details.


3. Robustness

Robustness has been improved with the following three constructions to ensure long-term use with peace of mind.
(1) Connecting part shell reinforcement
(2) Prize-open prevention with D-shaped shell construction

(3) Improved board retention strength with lock pin DIP mounting

* We also offer a type without lock pins at the customer’s request.
