  If you do not receive a temporary registration complete e-mail, the following causes are possible.
  (1) Please check your e-mail address.Please check whether there is a mistake in the e-mail address you set.
  (2) The e-mail has been moved to your junk mail folder.Please check whether the e-mail has been received in a folder other than your inbox.
  (3) E-mails are set to be received by the domain.In the case of either mobile device e-mails or computer e-mails,please check whether the domain designation function has been set.

  I forgot my password and member ID (e-mail address).

  If you forget your password, please set a new password from the “Password Reset” screen. If you forget your e-mail address, please carry out the New Member Registration procedure again.
